MP Plant Open day 2025

This year, MP Plant decided to switch things up. Instead of the usual Macmillan Coffee Morning, we hosted an open day designed to bring the community together, offer a fun experience for families, and share insights about the construction industry. The result was an action-packed day filled with activities, learning opportunities, and plenty of smiles. Everyone was invited, and the turnout exceeded all expectations.

A Day Full of Fun and Purpose

The open day combined the warmth of the Macmillan Coffee Morning with hands-on experiences related to construction machinery. Visitors enjoyed delicious cakes and refreshments, knowing their contributions supported Macmillan Cancer Support. Alongside this, families explored the world of construction through interactive activities.

• Hands-on demos where visitors learned how the machines work and even sat in the driver’s seat

• Free face painting to add a splash of color and fun for the little ones

• Together, we raised just over £900 for Macmillan, a fantastic achievement that will make a real difference.

• Our team dedicated their Saturday to ensure the event ran smoothly, supported by friends and family who helped with setup, stalls, parking, and more.
